Managing 6CH output from standard HU

I'm in the process of planning an overhaul to the standard stereo in my '13 CMS.

To add my 6ch JL Audio e6450 amp to the system, I've got to acquire a good signal from the stock HU. My research shows that tapping in at the x9331 connector is one option. My concern is managing the 6 ch filtered output of the HU.

The goal is to power new Focal / JL Audio coax or components in the front, new coax in the rear, and the beneath seat subs with my 6 ch JL Audio amp.

I need to send full band, unfiltered FL, FR, RL, RR to the e6450 (which has both speaker lvl and line lvl inputs) , which can then amplify the signal and pass it along to the door speakers. It will also sum all input channels and then dump a filtered sub signal out the woofers beneath the seats.

What is the best way to build these signals from the output of the stock HU?

I've zeroed on some JL Audio gear to help:

JL Audio CL441dsp --- looks great, but what should I feed it? To what channels? It doesn't look like any of the 6 ch outputs from the stock HU are full band.

JL Audio CL-SSI --- Maybe this is a good way to rebuild a clean 2ch signal from the HU?

This amounts to a lot of effort and gear to just prep for aftermarket amps and speakers.

If you have any experience with engineering your way around these obstacles, please share them here.
