How to run Amp wires down center Console?

I am planning on installing a sub this weekend, and the pacement of the amp will be under the drivers seat in the cubby.(any easy way to get it there, without cutting the carpet?)

I have the NON-HK stereo, I already installed the Line Output COnverter.

I want to run the RCA's and Remote Signal down the center console to under the drivers seat, and then the 4 gauge power wire from the amp to the battery down the center console and then under the back seats to get to the battery.

For the speaker wire, I want to run it on the drivers side to the boot (the sub will be on the drivers side boot corner)

What is the easiest way to run this wiring? I assume I will need to take out the Drivers seat and the 2 back seats.

also where is a good place to place the ground for the amp if it is under the drivers seat?

Any help would be great!

Can't help with your plan; there are FAQs on removing the center console on MINI2.
One very important thing - if you remove the seats, never turn on the car while the airbag seats are disconnected.

One other weblink is to ScooterBoy who did an audio install:
http://home.comcast.net/~sfconnell/mods/audio/home.htm

Quite old now so maybe less relevant to '05+ cars, but it can't help to see more info ...

Thanks GBMINI,
I ran into his page before and read it. Think there are a couple more pages that helped some, but cant remember which ones on the top of my head.

Today I plan on taking my rear seat out, so I dont have to do it on saturday... Saturday will be a long day...

Well i started to take my back seat out... took awhile... didnt realize I had to tilt the bottom part of the seat up to take it out...

After I got that out... I realized i didnt really have to take the back rest outs... so I then ran the power cord from the battery to the floor of the back seats...

So on Sat. I hope to take my driver seat out, and think i will need to take out the center console stuff, like the armrest and stuff to get under the carpet...

I also think I will need to take the trip off to get to the foam compartment under the seat... but we will see...

I'll keep everyone posted :D
