bluetooth and Aux not working in 2010 Mini Cooper

My radio lost its bluetooth and Aux function. The sunroof drain was clogged and caused water to drain on driver side floor. The FRM module was replaced, under warranty, because of water damage. I heard the radio has a module in the foot well too. Anyone have ideas?
