ongoing Odd HK Issue

Taking another stab on here to see if anyone else has experienced the issue I'm having with my HK. 2011 JCW, with HK (Obviously). I've added a subwoofer and amp, but otherise all stock. I have had two previous HK systems in other mini's, with the same sub setup, and never experienced this.

Sometimes, everything plays great, and I'm quite happy with the sound. However, at other times, there seems to be what I can only describe as a slight phase issue. I seem to lose output in the front right channels, specifically, the mid bass. It does not cut out entirely, but something definately "shifts", creating that "plugged ear" effect you often get with a 90 degree phase shift. It's intermittant, but does not SEEM to be related to bumps or jostling. I checked, double checked, triple checked, and quadruple checked all connections.

I'm at a point where I guess I just have to start throwing money at it. Starting with the speakers, then moving on to the Amp. It's very subtle, but hugely annoying to me when it goes on. Has ANYONE else experianced this, that could possibly give me a place to zero in on for spending?
