Y Cable Doesn't Stay in iPhone
Does anyone have the same prob as me? Where the Y Cable jack does not stay connected to the iPhone jack? Seems like the connector does not go all the way into the jack housing.

Vacuum out the receptacle in the phone. Hope easy fix due to pocket lint build up

I already used a toothpick to clear it out. And i did get dust bunnies put. Let me try a vacuum later on too.
Thanks all |

Cool. I can now enjoy Pandora and Spotify. A side note question. Do you find the Y Jack cord too short. Do you then use the Aux Jack with a three foot cord? |
I got an iPhone cable extension that plugs in between the phone and the cable. It works fine

Vacuuming out the receptacle worked! I thought the toothpick would have done it. Must have been something majorly stuck. Cool. I can now enjoy Pandora and Spotify. A side note question. Do you find the Y Jack cord too short. Do you then use the Aux Jack with a three foot cord? My sister"borrowed" it for use in her car. She loves it, got a new one within 3 days. Nice, beefy cord, connector and strain relief I place my iPod nose down, display towards console in the netting holder in the passenger side. I use the extender for my iPhone 5 |
