Use stock HK wiring with aftermarket HU and speakers?

Hi all, I've been lurking around for a while and thought I'd finally post.

I'll be buying an R53 in a couple days and all of the ones that I'm considering have the HK system. Now I want to replace the HU and front components. I'm thinking about getting an Alpine HU along with the Alpine PowerPack so it'll send 45W RMS to the speakers. I plan on replacing the door speakers with components. I can really care less about the rear soundstage and I never really have people in the rear seat, so I'm going to leave the rears in there with no power.

Is there a way to totally disconnect the HK amp and cut/splice the stock wiring to send power from the HU and PowerPack to the front components? Also, how would I hook up the crossovers?

Thanks in advance.

No, you will need to rewire and replace the speakers in order for you to do what you want to do. The HK speakers are 2 Ohm, not the standard 4 and the wiring is not standard.
