Do all R56's have the 3.5mm AUX jack?

Also, what about the USB connection? Or is that only later in the model run?

Aux jack is standard on all R56.

USB is not standard, and is included only with the Bluetooth option. The Bluetooth option became available in 2008.

And that bluetooth is separate from what comes with the Convenience package?

I am specifically referring to the 2007 models.

2007 models did not have the wiring harness or the availability in the bluetooh module to have USB.

It can be added but you will have to upgrade the bluetooth module to that of an 08 or newer, add a wiring harness and usb socket. Really not an easy job and definitely not inexpensive.

But all 2nd gen USA cars did have the AUX Jack. Some other countries do not offer the AUX jack as standard though.

Awesome, thanks for the info.

I am flying to PA to pick up my potential new MCS and I want to make sure I have the proper connection so I can listen to my ipod on the way back.

Aux jack is standard, but I think the USB is an add-on that's included with the Bluetooth option.
