Is it possible to change the speedometer (with NAV screen) from miles per hour to kilometers per hour? Is there a part number for that?

im just guessing...
but i think u can maybe change it using the lever on the left of the steering wheel, and it will change it on the NAV too.
im guessing because i dont have NAV, all i got is normal speedo and changing it with the buttons in center console, or on the lever does the same thing.

 

I Think the OP is actually referring to the physical dial on the speedo? Yes??
If so, it requires replacing the whole unit.

Do you know if I can change only the "Instrument cluster" or do I need to change the the whole unit (including the Nav screen, which I believe wouldn't be necessary unless there is some sort of compability issue)?

That could probably be answered best by your local service department at the dealership.

 

Display is the same....just need to change the instument cluster.
