Just to make sure; I live in Holland, and I have a Dutch 2002 Cooper. I bought a Blaupunkt DX-R52 in-dash nav system, and everything seems to work except the tacho signal. I believe it was in the paasenger side foot area, but I can't seem to find it. I believe it's called a speed pulse in English btw....

Does anybody have an idea where to find this wire, what colour it is, and how to check if it is the tacho signal???

Thanks in advance,

Fred

It is behind the right sill cover about 1/3rd of the way along in a 3 pin connector.
I think it may be blue/yellow, but don't quote me on that, If you e mail me at newministuff@aol.com I will get that at work when I can check and give you the colour for sure

Did someone ever find the tacho signal under the doorsill?
It's still unclear for me where it is.
If you check the Mini installation instruction, it's still not clear.

Thanks in advance.
