Question about the Bluetooth option

I see were the dealer installed ipod acc. option does charge the ipod while hooked up but does anyone know if the factory installed bluetooth, ipod option also charges while hooked up? it doesn't say on the build site. Common sense would say yes but I'd rather know for sure.

Thanks

Yes, it connects via the USB port so it gets power from there.

Can other devices with USB obtain power there also...say a Garmin Nuvi?

From the research i have done any item that draws more than 250ma off the USB port will not work as the USB port has a very low power rating. It can power iPods and USB Thumb drive very well but does not do a good job with items like a USB hard drive.
