None, The Harmon Kardon system is very good. How loud do you want it anyway?

I like to have more bass. Maybe an additional subwoofer is good? So no need to look for replacement speakers?

I replaced my HK system. I had two speakers that were blown out, and wanted something different. The bass on the HK was great, but I wanted more control of the sound. So, I went with an Alpine deck with the Infinity Kappa speakers. Speakers are being driven by a JBL amp pushing 100 watts to each speaker. I also got the Infinity Kappa 1000 10” sub being driven by the Kappa 600 mini amp. It’s pusing about 600 watts to the sub at 2 ohms.

It sounds crystal clear and totally out performs the HK system. What’s interesting is JBL and Infinity are both owned by Harman.

So you have replaced the stock amp and also added a new amp for the subwoofer?
