Question about MINI(02) and speaker systems
hi, i am looking to put a new system in my car, possibly just a subwoofer and amp in the trunk. Probably a 12 inch sub, but i was wondering if anyone here has put systems in their MINI's, and if it is relatively easy or tough. Im not looking to replace any of my current speakers, just want alot more bass. Any reccomendations? Thanks

Hey.
Try looking in the Navigation/Audio section in the Gen 1 area. Lots of info there.
That said doing a sub install in a mini is pretty easy and not much different than other cars with stock head units. You dont have RCA plugs on the back of the HU to work with so you will need a line converter, but once you have that in it is either a cake walk or moderately involved depending on the setup you are going for.
