2006 MINI Cooper S (R53), Chili red with white slick-top (no sunroof), 6 speed manual transmission with factory limited slip differential, modified for autocross/track.
Has no AC, rear seats, or carpet. Louder than stock but not unpleasant — does not drone. Custom interior including black cloth Corbeau A4 heated seats with sub-slots; welded roll-hoop; and CravenSpeed adjustable short shifter, handbrake handle, and Gemini Scissor Phone Mount. Height-adjustable Bilstein coil-over suspension with Alta 22mm rear adjustable sway-bar and SPC front adjustable camber plates. Corner balanced and cross-weighted. Car is fast, fun, and very well balanced. With the rear swaybar in the middle setting, there is just a hint of lift-off throttle oversteer.
Not completely without creature comforts: Features ABS, traction control (ASC), on-board computer, fog lights (front and rear), AM/FM/SiriusXM six speaker stereo with single slot CD, after-market bluetooth adapter, and aux audio input jack. (I put a stock steering wheel and airbag back in, but if you want a Sparco wheel with NRG hub and quick release, I can throw those in instead.)
Currently has 102K miles (will go up). I’m the second owner since about 50K miles, no accidents. CarFax available (CarFax incorrectly reports 122K miles, not sure how to get that corrected). Maintenance is current and includes records back to 2011 including periodic oil analysis reports. Supercharger oil changed and water pump replaced in 2019. Brake fluid flush and coolant flush annually in prep for track season. Has all of the paint chips you would expect after 8 years of heavy track use. Clear-coat failed on roof and back hatch. Hatch was re-sprayed. Roof was covered in peelable flat white paint. Front windshield was replaced a couple of years ago due to excessive pitting.

Race Seats: If you want new Sparco EVO 2020 seats with Sparco bases, mounts and sliders, I can substitute all that for the Corbeau Seats for an extra $500. Just need to know what size seats you want. EVO seats are, however, wide at the shoulders and will rub on the door panels.
What was it like wiring the heated seats? I'm curious
Pretty easy. I removed the factory switches and drilled out the holes a little bit. Corbeau has a two position switch (hi/low) and only needs switched power and ground. I grabbed it from the leads to the factory switch.
The nice thing about these heaters is that they can be fitted in just about any seat. You just have to be able to remove the cover.

that's awesome! I had no idea that corbeau even had a heated seat! I'm so used to these aftermarket manufacturers not leaving it as an option.
