What is that valve on the throttle inlet pipe?

 

That is to hook up the apparatus that I built to spray Seafoam on the intake valves. It is a pressurized canister with a tube hooked up to that valve. On the other side of the valve inside the inlet pipe is a misting spray nozzle. While the car is running I open the valve on the inlet tube and then I have another valve on the canister that I open while I rev the engine.
