I am selling my beloved 1980 Austin Mini.
She has a 1293 MORSPEED motor (block is serialized), last dynod and tuned by Peter Baldwin in England @96hp dyno sheet is somewhere... Carb is an HIF44.

Has the fully adjustable HiLo suspension, disc brakes up front, 13" starmags with plenty of tread on tires. Two of the tires are new Falkens.

Interior is in great condition, new dash out of aluminum with autometer gauges.( I realize not everyones choice, but that is a small project swap), stock gauges that were in it at purchase did not work.

When I bough back in 08 new rear subframe was just put in. The underbody is in good condition and body is in great condition. Recently painted A FIAT orange that is really sharp, with a pearl white roof.

Issues: Speedo stopped working, problem has to be with the magnetic sender to the digital speedo. RPM gauge works fine. Install of proper dash would solve however proper dashes require some luck to find cheap.

Car is tip top. Im to sell to purchase another motorcycle; where my time is mostly spent these days. If you have an 800GS or 1200GS we may work something out.

If you or anybody you know is interested please let me know. Im asking $9,500 but will entertain reasonable offers. I figure the motor really sets her apart from other minis asking as much with a 998 in them....

Strong motor, body in good shape, interior is good. This is a perfect car to pick up where you don't have to do much if any; but there are some things to work with to make it your own. Some extra bits will be thrown in with sale.
