I am selling this car for my mother. She is the original owner from new, and just bought a 2012 Cooper S, so it's time to sell "Bruiser" (because it's black and blue). We had this car custom ordered in 2007, with the Winter Package (heated seats, mirrors, etc), panoramic sunroof, upgraded stereo, automatic climate control, iPod connection, blue interior details, stripes, and cloth upholstery. The wheels were added a few years ago. They are the excellent Team Dynamics Pro Race wheels in 15x7 with a 38mm offset - they're light and strong. Mom's parking hasn't been fantastic, so there is some curbing to the wheels, unfortunately, but nothing that couldn't be touched up. We have one extra wheel that will come with it. The tires are Falken Ziex ZE-912 which is a very good high performance all season tire. The car will also come with 4 Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires mounted on the original alloys - they have two seasons on them, but still have lots of life left.

The car has always been fully maintained. Originally it went to the dealer while it was under warranty (this was extended by two years by the dealer), and has been to a trusted local mechanic for the most recent maintenance. The car just got a new battery, thermostat, and coolant this Spring. All four brakes were done last year, including pads, rotors, and rear calipers. The car needs absolutely nothing.

The exterior has a few nicks and scratches, but nothing major. There is absolutely no rust. Inside it's pristine - everything works like new. There is a little rumpling in the fabric on the driver's seat bottom, but apparently all the cloth seats do that - this one is her second seat (replaced under warranty).

No accidents or other such issues. The title is clear and in my hands.

carfax and maintenance records/?

 

I have the Autocheck - it's clear with no accidents and only one owner (obviously). Haven't run a Carfax, though I am sure it is the same.

We have all of the maintenance records from the Mini dealership while it was under warranty, and some receipts after that.
