Up for sale is my meticulously cared for 2008 MINI Cooper S

It has been my focus for the last 4 years since I bought it new. I am the only driver. Non smoker, no eating, with tasteful modifications (read more below).

-Only used BMW Approved A3 B3/B4 rated oil (Mobil 1 0W40 full synthetic), changed every 5k miles religiously.

-Washed weekly, waxed monthly, polished and sealed yearly
-85% of the miles are highway miles, commuting for work and between MA and CT during college.
-I am an active forum member across many MINI forums and have met many MINI enthusiasts who share the same motoring fun!
-Used additional monitoring system (Scangauge II) to monitor water and oil temperatures to ensure car was warmed up properly during cold starts
-Never drag raced, tracked, launched

Honestly I have such a history with the car that there's too much to type up. If you talk to me you'll see the passion I have for the car.

The car currently has 80,500 miles, and will continue to be driven to work (30 miles/day).

The car has been great to me the last 4 years. The largest warranty fixes have been the Timing Chain Tensioner Assembly at ~20k (common issue), the clutch assembly at 20k (groaning throwout bearing, common issue), and a leaking valve cover gasket (common issue). The only item I've had to replace out of warranty has been the coolant housing at 60k (also a common issue. $100 and 2 hours to change). Also, a carbon cleaning of the intake valves was completed at 60k miles as well.

This car currently has a list of tasteful, subtle, professionally installed modifications. Any item with a * next to it has potential to be removed/returned to stock. The buyer can choose if he/she would like any or all of the items with a * to stay on the car. We can work out a package price for the modifications, otherwise, they will be removed and sold. The asking price includes all items without a *.
