I really like my all-medium silver metallic JCW, but, unfortunately, my wife is "shift-challenged" and this has created "times of concern" when I am physically unable to drive. (Age, oh, I mean 'retirement', will do that to you.) So, an 'S' automatic appears to be in our future.

The car, "Coop", is unblemished and has never been bumped or dinged. A full, clear, nearly invisible bra covers the front clip, mirrors, door handle pockets, both door edges and front of rear quarter panels. A one-shade-dark tint was added to the rear quarter windows (no bubbles).

My challenge seems to have been how good gas mileage (mostly near 40 mpg in my log book, which should tell you how it's been driven) I could achieve rather than how many other "performance cars" I could embarass, however, the ability exists to surprise many a worthy opponent. Good life is still in the original tires (that should tell you something as well).

The mileage is all highway with few, if any, short, daily trips in its history. Services have been performed at Mini dealers.

It has: Sirrius radio (Howard Stern, ha), multi-function, full leather, steering wheel (radio operations, cruise control and steering, wow); auto A/C/heat (just select a temp); full black leather interior; double floor mats (shoes never touched original JCW mats); heated seats; heated, power-folding mirrors; center arm rest; MP3 connector; dual, powered, panoramic sun roof; JCW suspension; JCW/Brembo brakes with red calipers; 17" JCW wheels; JCW exhaust; xenon headlights; back-up distance alarm; remote locking; anti-theft alarm and a full fuel tank. (Jeezz, maybe I shouldn't consider selling.)

A really nice example of an '09 JCW.

I've been looking for a 2009 JCW with the JCW suspension. Do you have the original window sticker? Do you have documentation for the JCW sport suspension? (Sticker in the driver's side door frame?)

Has the timing chain tensioner issue (common with 2009's) been addressed? Ditto for the water pump?
