I would like to sell my 2005 Silver MCSC with 46,000 miles. This car is in near perfect shape. Has a small rock ding under left headlight which I got on the second day of ownership, but has no other body dings. Has had all scheduled maintenance and has had very few problems (windshield crack and minor top adjustment)

This car has been garaged and babied and is in perfect working order. Some warranty left which gives close to 4000 miles of worry-free motoring.

KBB (with the mileage considered) puts the retail value at $26,580. Private party is $24,285 for excellent and $22,680 for good. This car is closer to excellent than good. I was thinking around $23,500? Any suggestions and/or interest at this price? The car is located in Laguna Niguel (Orange County), California.

You might also mention the Chrome-line interior and exterior. Another selling point!
Sad to say, but the mileage is going to be a killer. Not that your price isn't in line with the market, just that for most buyers (myself included) a 2 year old MINI effectively out of warranty is problematic.
