02 MINI S Racer dream project for sale.

Wife is Pregnant and I need a Bigger Car!

2002 Mini Cooper S
38,600
Price reduced!!!! NOW 18,500.00

This is the best car I have every owned. From the style to the performance it is unmatched.
There are only two blemishes on the outside and normal ageing on the inside. The passenger door sill has had part of the plastic coating
covering the mini cooper s torn away.

The only major problem with this car is the passenger airbag that was blown due to an amplifier installation. And the check engine light is on due to the removal of the catalytic converter

The car has never been in an accident and has been garage kept since I purchased it.

IT has had major work done to every performance aspect of this Mini. It is one Mean Machine. It also comes with three sets of rims, custom built tire rack and all OEM parts that I still have.

R U Crazy?!?!?!?!

Sell your MINI because your wife is pregnant? YOU ARE CRAZY???

I have a 5 year old and a 3 yar old. Sure the big car seats are a PAIN to put into a MINI. But odds are that a big gaz guzzling 'merkian Kar ain't gonna have the rear air bags that a MINI has.

If anything, I would repair the air bag and keep the MINI.

I also need more room to lug around my photo set up to races and such. The Mini doesnt hold the table i have. I am thinking Jeep GC SRT8. Everything i need plus 4x4 and 420hp stock.

Oh and about half the economy

Just a quick reminder, you can add a trailer. I built this based around the mini Harbor Freight trailer.

Cool trailer. Yea i built the tire rack and it could also be a trailer hitch, bike rack, handle to carry my mini around like a lunch box!

That still wouldnt work. I have alot of sentisive equiptment and bouncing around in a small light trailer would not work.

Motorcycle Trailer

You guys should look at a motorcycle trailer. My buddy has a Gold Wing that has a FANTASTIC trailer (full suspension etc) and it's basically just a huge stylish trunk. Also, you could get the trailer color matched to suit your MINI. It would probably cost you $3-4k to do it right, but then you'd have an awesome rig. And when you say the Jeep GC will get 1/2 the fuel economy, you're smoking dope. It will be lucky to get that and you'll be sucking all that gas 99% of the time when it's just you riding around with no need for additional storage. Keep the MINI, buy a trailer!

Wife is pregnant, baby boy due next month (Our first one) and we own 2 MINIs. Neither is going to go away.

GC SRT8?

Man, you must really be aching to pay $70+ at the pump every time you fill up a gas guzzler like that.

Beware of the reliability of GC's. If you insist moving into a V8 powered behemoth, why not consider the Dodge Magnum HEMI SRT? Much better car than the GC, lower center of gravity and still great, commanding looks.

OK, this is just a feeler. I may start to part out my mods. Brakes, Koni, CF strut bar, and rims.

Yea its still for sale, I have not advertized it anywhere. Just put it on autotrader the other day. Other wise it sits in my garage. I work to much to drive it.

As for the Grand Cherokee, I need/want something fast, and big enough to haul around all my Photography equipment, lights, tent, printer, tables etc. My wife's Murano is coming off its lease soon so need something to replace it. My wife want the honda Fit so thats what she gets when the mini is gone.
