Thanks for the pics.
Maybe a dumb question, but what makes it a Challenge Series car, and how did it end in the US? Did you buy it new here?
Has it been raced and/or to the track?
Are the Wilwood's still on it?
I'm looking for something to use for HPDE's, I just need to sell my '02 MCS first...

Bruzasd,
Nothing makes it a challenge series car other than a sticker and wing, and the fact that it has been option limited for weight... Someone was telling me how much weight the sunroof and xenon headlights add, it was a lot more than I expected. I saw a challenge car up close in the UK and it had only one seat, a full cage, and harness. At best, I'd say my car was spec'd similar to how that car started... a base Cooper S with some JCM bits. I can also tell you I did not pay a premium for it when I bought it 1.5 years ago... There is no special number, certificate or anything.
It puts 195hp to the wheels and has been tuned for higher mid-range. The rev limiter has been bumped up to 7300. I traded my 911 for it with the idea I would drive it more, but never did. It has never been to the track. And the Willwood brakes were sold. It has been a good trouble free car that I was planning to run a Summit but never got around to it.
Hope that helps...
