can anyone suggest what a fair price would be?

I'm guessing about $23K.
But I bought my '06 CPO from the dealer with the "Mini Next" extended warr.

Dark Met. Silver / Black w/ silver Union Jack imported from a UK dealer.
Space fabric seats, multi-fxn wheel, cruise, LSD, 17" mini S-lites
8200 mi.
I picked it up for 20K. about 6 mo ago.
