Feeler 04 MCS may be for sale

I'm thinking of purchasing a new BMW. So that means the 2004 MCS will be sold or traded. Maintenance has been kept up on a regular basis with all regular service plus additional oil changes in between regular scheduled maintenance.. This was my commuter and I've taken good care of it. NAM has been a good source of info for me so I thought I'd go here before going to autotrader or just trading the car in.

The car is a 2004 Mini Cooper S with 44,500 miles
Blue with black Roof
Dual Pane Sunroof
Automatic Climate Control
The Dark Grayish and Tan Leather Seats
Multi Function two spoke steering wheel
Cruise Control
DSC
17" aftermarket rims are on it and I have a set of 17" S-Lites included
Anthracite Dash and Downtubes
6 Speed Manual
Fog Lights
CD Player
Sport and premium packacge with H/K sound system

AFTER MARKET
Miltek Cat back Exhaust
Koni FSDs and Texas Speedwerks springs
Stock springs and control arms included
H sport lower rear control arms
H sport rear sway bar
Alta 15% pulley plus 2% crank
DDM cold air intake
M7 STB
M7 coated DFIC with scoop installed
M7 aerogel mats for under DFIC and over header(this one never even used!)
Air Plate diverter (brand new never used)
M7 180 degree thermostat (currently not installed)
stock IC and scoop included
Lord of the flies engine damper
Wildwood 12.2" big brake kit up front

The Condition of the car is excellent. Has a few minor nicks and scratches, very clean inside and out. The Blue book from KBB is roughly $21,000 to $22,000. I would prefer not to spend my time returning the car to stock. Any interest at the $23,000 to 24,000 price point? Car is in San Diego

Probably need to drop the price by at least 3k to 4k. KBB seems to be high and lagging behind the current mini market.

I think we're on the same page, I say $23,000 assuming it will be negotiated down to $20,000 to 21,000. I'm not looking to screw anyone, just looking for a fair deal for both parties

I just don't want to spend the time going back to stock, but by the same token I don't want to just give away aftermarket parts I know I can take off and sell

Thanks for the feedback
