We're not competing against Peyton Manning, it's the BYE week.

We are cutting into their Farmers Market and Yard Sale time though, but they will have most of the afternoon free. Free.

I had to unsign...going to see a sick friend on Saturday. Will try to be there for the 10am sendoff at C'n'C.

 

I will be there with 1 MINI, 1 me. And along the way, so look out for me. If you don't see me along the route, you will miss out.

Thanks to everyone involved with putting this together! We had a very good time. Traveled some roads we hadn't been on before.

This was the first year I've been on the participant end of a clues and directions Yalla Yalla and that was a blast! I found out that it was super helpful to have a co-pilot and GPS though we still took a few wrong turns here and there.

Thank you Robert for putting this together! We had a really good time.

 

Sorry that Lisa & I couldn't go but we were thinking of you guys as we were driving the very happening Chevy Impala through the streets of Manhattan whilst YY was wandering about.

So, who won? Prizes?

 

The unknown destination was the "Izaak Walton Club House" in Longmont.

First to the finish line was "TopgearUK" Nadine & Terry, arriving at about 11:30 AM.

The points competition was a four or five way tie.

All the prizes were raffled off but ironically Terry won the main prize, a VISA Gift card, so first place got the main prize. Other prizes were more gift cards, Badges and Stickers from Artistic Reflection, and MITM8 merchandise.

A four hour Yalla Yalla from start to finish, Drive / Lunch / Prize Presentation.

Honestly, if it had been me (Nadine) driving, we probably would have been in the back of the pack. Much more fun as a co-pilot, despite soiled underwear.

It was VERY tight and we only won because we happened to be caught behind a garbage truck and the other frontrunner couldn't get over into our lane to turn right onto 9th Ave. Kudos to them, they were awesome to race with. :-D
