The 1st running of MINI Many Passes will take place June 28, 29 & 30th 2011.

The dates are aweful for me... sorry, no-go from me.

 

Not to be a buzz-kill moment, but I would agree that driving three-days straight during the middle of the week is virtually impossible due to work scheduling.

MT MINI,you noted in your thread under Misc National Events section is was going to be a weekend fling, ya? Or has that changed?

Some serious questions that should be answered:
Where's the start location?
What's the expected mileage per day?
Where is lodging each night?
Where are proposed fuel stops for "average" fuel consumption?
What's the expected price per gallon of 91oct to determine cost of drive?
Where's the ending location?

Both of the threads you have posted have little to zero information on the required details for people to RSVP or not.
Plus, with just over a month for people to put in vacation time from work is a little bit of a squeeze.

There is still some flexibility in the schedule, at present the original date of June 28-30 is most likely. The idea of this drive is to do something more than just a few miles have lunch and go home. The total mileage is just over 2,000 plus getting to the start and home from the end. Start is Trinidad, nights in Montrose and Frisco and finish is Bergen Park. Gas stops approx every 350 miles, I easily make this in my '06 S. A lot of this year will be to see how possible this is, I'm just looking for a few companions. If everything works out then I'll look at making it into a more formal event.
