I want to thank everyone that made it up, we had 35 MINIs total! The event went very well and we made new friends.
The run up Stove Prairie road was a blast and I saw a first for a MINI run, a Steam Roller driving down the road! Kenton Dawkins, Christina Dawkins husband, went with us and had himself a blast driving their 2009 JCW MINI, an ear to ear grin.
Kenton says that they are shooting for a Valentines day opening, which is perfect for the sweet heart city! Everyone keep you fingers crossed.
Thank you again for coming to Loveland.

What a great event! A week-day full of MINI!...almost couldn't get enough! Glad that we were able to take part in this event...(Thank you Riiiiich)....The t-shirts were super-cool, the food, the people, the parade...everything was great! I definitely need to replenish my stash of MINI5280 business cards. Ok time for a nap...

Yer not kidding on the nap part! Too much fresh air I suppose! Blu By U and Rudebox were the two MINIs I recognized right away! Great schtuff!

Rich - No worries. I realized I could either stop for gas and then catch up with the group, or risk it and possibly spend a lot more time on the road than I had planned. In my enthusiasm to catch up I zipped up HWY34 right past the turnoff and was the first one to....Estes Park! No, not quite, but it was still a very nice drive.

the drive after was cool, but i got stuck behind a sloooooooooooooooooooooooow blue MCS, the guy couldn't accelerate to save his life, i was so bored i contemplated suicide, but decided i'd just flip a u'y and go to work instead. again, special emphasis on SLOW BLUE MINI S that was in the lead.

 

You know, it just clicked in my head that your Cooper actually says Precious! LOL, fantastic!

Big thanks to Rich for organizing this event!!! I had a really great time & it just confirmed that I'm ready for a geographical change here in the future! Big thanks to Jamie for allowing me to be her co-pilot. I also appreciate Teresa, Chuck, Jonathan who are always great about never being embarrassed by my eccentric (???) dress & behavior occasionally!!! Or should I say thanks for being nice about it!
