This is the KW set from Way Motor Works with custom 60mm linear springs for more predictable handling, and adjustable damping. Tool kit included.

There is a difference between helper and tender springs... a tender spring has an actual effect on the rate, a helper spring is fully compressed in normal operation and only serves to keep the spring aligned with the perch during full droop. (Plus, the spring mounts here move, so there could be a lot more space for those springs to cover.) I also believe they are required to pass german safety inspections in some cases when stock upper spring mounts and bee hive springs are replaced with coilover type springs, hence they are probably on these KW's even if they might actually be fine without them.
