This is a very very good setup. I had this on a former car I sold to a forum member. I am sure he can chime in and comment on these.

They are great on the street and arguably ride better than stock suspension but handle like you're on coilovers. As a side note, if you are planning to go low, these might not be what you want as Ohlins are known to not "slam" a car.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

 

Can these be fitted on an R56?

A previous member interested in these did some reasearch and found out the damper rates are different from the actual Ohlins created for the R56. If you're fine with the different dampening rates and changing just the Vorshlag top plate, then yes. these will physically fit.
