Just FYI these will not fit the mini without 8mm+ spacers. Or you need to bore out the center to make them fit stock.

Yes, already stated above. Best method is to run a 54.1 to 56.1 hubcentric spacer. 14mm is the minimum spec, being it is a 7" wheel you should not rub even when lowered.
