For sale is a set of four (4) JCW R112 Challenge Cross Spoke wheels. I literally just purchased these wheels for my R53 from another NAM member with thoughts of putting some track tires on but decided to go a different direction....so I'm putting them up for sale again. These wheels are exactly as purchased and I'm selling them for the same price as the previous listing. Not looking to profit, only to break even on funds. Price is firm.
According to the original NAM ad, these came off a 2014 JCW Clubman. Another NAM member noted in the original listing that these should bolt on 1st and 2nd gen MINIs with a 4x100 bolt pattern (apparently this does not include the Countryman or Paceman). This member also mentioned the pressure sensors should work on cars from 2011-2013. All that said, it is on the buyer to make sure these will work on their particular car. Sorry I can't say more on this as my MINI knowledge is very specific to the R53 cars.
Wheel specs from the net:
size: 17x7
offset: ET48
weight: 23.1lb (10.5kg)
color: Silver
The wheels are in great condition with only two (2) small blemishes shown in the photos. Both of these blemishes are in the finish, there is no damage to the rim metal. The tires are serviceable and the previous seller noted they have some wear but had recently passed inspection. Tires are Bridgestone Driveguard runflats in 205/45-17 size. The JCW center caps and checkered valve caps are are included.
The wheels are located near Pasadena, MD, 21122. I would much prefer a local sale but, if need be, am willing to ship at buyer's expense.
Thanks for looking,
Dave

Just a suggestion, but you would eliminate the extra step of a potential buyer having to look up the specs on these wheels by posting them in the ad. Mini produced sizes ranging from 15"-18" depending on the make/model for the 4x100 wheels (and various offsets as well).
Just my $.02

No, i'm looking to purchase wheels anymore. I just bought the Neuspeed RSe12's for my mini 2 months ago; however, that was one of my pet peeves when I was looking through the forum for wheels. Rarely anyone posted to offsets and widths in their posts, only diameters.
I applaud you for including the weight as well. I think this is the format everyone should follow when selling their wheels on the site...i'm sure it will broaden your buyer base.

Sharp wheels
I'm usually pretty particular about these things but for whatever reason I didn't include the info when I typed up the ad. Having said that, while the wheels are marked as 17x7 in the casting, the weight and offset have not been verified...internet information but it's the same info I based my initial purchase on.

Technically speaking, yes. Looking into shipping costs and options for another NAM user but no currency has changed hands and nothing has shipped as of yet.

From the photos looks like they have been refinished before. The chips look rather deep and can see two different colors of paint. Is tha a large chunk ut the aluminum missing? D love to get these if they are not repaint’s

Primer? Most anything painted has a primer under the paint. These look to be stock finish with a couple dings. At least that's what every wheel I've ever had looked like when they eventually got knicked and chipped...
