Ran this set up on my R53 for a few months until the motor blew on me.
These are direct bolt on to R53/R52 chassis cars. All you need is the r56 rotors and you are good to go.
Add a little beef to your front brakes along with some better braking.

I thought I read that the stock R53 front brake hose banjo fitting is different. Are the hoses that you are including from the R53 or the R56? Are they in fact different? TIA.

They came off of an R56 and bolted right up to my R53. I heard something similar but that could be a model year thing. I’m not particularly sure. I just know they fit right up to my R53 not problems!

The fronts all have the same fittings on R50 R53 & R56. Its only the rear they changed the fittings. Its banjo fittings up to mid year 2003 and after they went with the NPT fitting on the caliper side.
