Up for sale is an OEM iPod integration kit for any 2nd generation with CD Changer pre-wiring. This kid replaces your OEM secret compartment with this neat OEM integration kit.

is there a module that plugs into the MOST bus? takes the place of the CDC? what the latest iPod/iPhone that will work with it?

I still would like to know what's the latest apple model it will support.
I used this with a Bluetooth iPod stream device and also a lighting adapter on my 7 plus and X and it worked fine.

My 2011 S, even with HK sound, only has the AUX connection, and no Bluetooth or USB integration. Will this install, plus the coding necessary, be sufficient to finally have that factory integration?

As long as there is CD Changer pre wiring, yes.
