Selling My Ram Air Intake for the N18 Mini Cooper S and JCW. This is for the N18, not the N14. The N18 Turbocharged engine was on the Cooper S from 2011 to 2013, the R57 Convertible to 2015 and the Coupe and Roadster to 2014 and I believe 2015. The JCW only had the N18 for 2013 I believe.
$350 obo plus buyer pays shipping. I accept paypal. Box weighs around 13 lbs so the shipping cost could be between $14 and $30 depending on where you live. If you live in the KC metro area local pickup works as well.

The N14 requires a different set of parts for the inlet tubes.

Bought it for my Cooper S JCW and decided it wasn't what I wanted. Bought for retail. I'm selling it with almost 300 miles on it. As you can see by the pictures everything looks brand new.

My recommendation is to follow the instructions exactly, including disconnecting the battery as it resets the ECU to compensate for the increase in air flow.

Also for you Cooper S owners out there this intake takes your lower end torque and moves it up the Torque Curve so you'll notice a lot more torque at higher speeds.

I also recommend not installing the heat shield. Looks pretty but it isn't necessary. Heat tape if needed on the ram air duct will work fine but the duct plastic is so thick that it isn't really necessary.

NOTE: Plastic clips that attach ram air duct to hood are a one time use part so you'll have to buy new ones. They aren't super expensive though. Maybe a couple of bucks.

I have this intake listed elsewhere, so when it is gone this listing will be marked as sold.

so because it's the N18 version, it doesn't come with the pipe section? Is that the only difference?

I believe that is the only difference between the N14 intake and N18 intake. The N18 doesn't have the pipe. It might be slightly different as well but negligible.
