Mini R56 Rear View Mirror W/ home link & auto dim
 

I have an interior rearview mirror for an R56 Mini Cooper. The mirror works on both S and Non-S models and is equipped with homelink and auto dim functions. The mirror on the R56 contains the antenna for the alarm system and comfort access, so if you are experiencing problems with those functions, this may be your culprit. I have a GP2, obviously without a stock auto dim and homelink mirror. Is that mirror plug and play for a car that doesn't come with it?

It's not plug-and-play, but there is a wiring kit that you can get from ECS tuning. More here.
