ALTA Performance Cold Air Intake for R53 (Automatic Version)

This will work with BOTH the Auto and Manual versions of the R53, if you want the extra tube for the Manual Transmission version, you just need to buy the pipe from altaperformance.com -

Purchased this a few months ago and have been running it for a while, love the sound of it, probably the best sounding intake for the R53 if you like hearing your S/C work.

Filter and box are like new, has the weather stripping and includes new hose clams, ALTA stickers and an ALTA Performance license Plate frame - all never installed, includes original ALTA packaging also.

$145 including shipping or local Pickup in Los Angeles or Ventura County for $140

A strange request but can you measure the distance from side to side of the metal box?

I do, but the "Metal case" has a gap on the passenger side of the airbox. I bought it 2nd hand and I'm curious if it's the wrong version for my car and if I should buy yours instead.

Oh I see, I measured mine and the box part is 9 3/8" wide

- sounds like you might be missing some of the trim at the bottom on the passenger side. If I count the trim on mine it seals the box and is about 9" wide
