These scanners read all of the MINI codes for models with the OBD-2 port under the dash on the left hand side.

The big benefit of Peake tools is the ability to reset the oil service & Inspection lights with just a push of the button.

The R5/EMX includes a built in cable that is designed for the Gen 1 MINI.
Includes instruction manual and code chart.
Available for MINI Coopers ( Base, S, JCW ) built between 2001- 2006 ( R50 / R53 ) , MINI Cooper Convertibles ( Base, S, JCW ) 2005- Dec 2006 ( R52 ) .
*Does not reset airbag light.

I see it specifies that this would work for r50,r52 and r53, but also says "

This leaves me unsure. Would this work for an F56 2014 Cooper S?
