I bought this pump when my car started to stall on start up, was have a really hard time at idle when cold and I would have to feather the accelerator pedal to keep the motor alive to get around town... so if you are having problems like that your in luck! For one of two reasons;

Firstly, so you don't buy something you don't need like I did... BMW has issued an extended 120,000 mile or 10 year (whichever comes first) warranty for the HPFP, ONLY ON MINI's with N14 engines. Take it into your local mini/bmw dealership and they will replace your pump at no cost to you. Mini/BMW's customer service is Top notch, like, restore faith in humanity level top notch.

So, with that said, if you happen to have the N14 engine and are having some issues but don't fall into the extended warranty category then this pump may just be for you! I'm selling it at 300, which is including shipping (I won't make you pay extra). If you live in RI, CT or south MA I might even be convinced to deliver it myself,
