Alright finally home. Looked into the setup a bit;
--The bike racks are $140 from thule link.... But I don't have the keys for those. But I imagine thule would help you out or offer a cheap replacement. And it does include two of these.

No idea on the rest of the kit just know it fits the r53 without having to put any holes in your roof.

Honestly I bought the car and the rack was thrown in as a surprise. So getting anything out of it is pretty great for me. So I will do $525 shipped anywhere in the us. VonTrappHas first dibs though
