Crazy R53 R52 Performance Part-Out (head, intercoolers, injectors, etc.)

My car was sold in relatively stock form so these performance parts are for sale. Some were used on my car and others were bought for my car but never installed. I will list out the parts with prices first and then further down are lots of pictures. If you have questions, please let me know.

Used Lightweight Flywheel – This is a very lightly used lightweight flywheel (bought it used, not sure how much use it has had). I believe it is a Fidanza but cannot confirm. As you can see by the pic, the surface is in very good shape.

Used RMW Laminova Water to Air Intercooler – I bought this but never installed it. Includes everything shown in the pics which should be everything you need to install it. This is a great system for keeping intake air temperatures down.

Used M7 Exhaust Heat Shield – This piece goes above the exhaust manifold cover plate to keep the heat down in the engine compartment. As you can see in the pics, it has been used for a while and is in ok shape.

Used Big Valve Ported Cylinder Head – I bought this cylinder head as is and never used it on my car. Here is what I can tell you about it. It is straight and flat (not warped) with no issues. Both the intake and exhaust ports are nicely ported. Includes dual valve spring setup and upgraded valves with the intake valves being +.5mm bigger and the exhaust valves being +1.0mm bigger than stock. I will include the valve train but do not have any of the bolts. I cannot confirm exactly who did the work on the head but I did find this thread in regards to Endyn in which the valves used are pretty much exactly the same size, https://www.northamericanmotoring.com...-by-endyn.html.

New Mini Mania Performance Camshaft – New in box. Can be used in R52 and R53’s and can be used with stock valve springs. My understanding is that this is a good street camshaft. Intake Specs: Duration 264, Lift 9.5mm, overlap 0.5, peak timing 114, open at 18, close at 66. Exhaust Specs: Duration 272, Lift 9.0mm, overlap 0.65, peak timing 114, open at 70, close at 22.

Used Oil Cooler Block-Off Plate – This was used on my car to run an oil cooler. Not sure what brand it is but worked fine. Comes with plate and -8 AN fittings.

New ACT Heavy Duty Street Clutch Kit – This is a new ACT clutch kit, part number BM2-HDSS. Never used but not in the original box. Includes clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing. The clutch disc is not sprung so it will work with a stock or aftermarket flywheel but will probably make a bit more noise vs. a sprung disc.

Used JCW Injectors - Were on my car and worked perfectly when pulled. Great upgrade from stock Mini Cooper S injectors. They have about 75,000 miles on them.

Used M7 Mini Challenge Rear Wing – This is the M7 dual plane carbon fiber wing that is a replica of the Mini Challenge wing. Wing was on my car when I bought it. As you can see in the pics the clear coat on the wing is pretty much gone, however, there are no cracks or issues and both mounting studs are in perfect shape.

Used GRS Motorsports Intercooler – The intercooler itself is in great shape and worked great at keeping the intake air temps down. As you will see in the pics, I added a piece to grab some air for the front 1/2 of the intercooler but it is just held on with a zip tie. The plastic air “scoop” was cut into 2 pieces by the previous owner so you will have to do a little work to get it into place. I will also include silicone couplers but they are a bit beat up.

Used M7 Baby Scoop – This scoop directs air under the intercooler and is in good shape.

Used M7 Air Diverter Plate – This plate bolts on easily and keeps air from being routed up and around the radiator. It is carbon fiber and as you see in the pics, some of the clear coat has rubbed off.

Used MSD Coil – This coil was used on my car and worked fine when removed. Has been used for approximately 55,000 miles. Will come with beat up 8mm spark plug wires and CARB sticker for passing visual emission inspections.

Used Sprint Booster – Worked fine when I pulled it off. Definitely makes the accelerator “respond” quicker.
