I installed the scoop with the grille insert! I'm guessing from the looks of it, you did not have the grille insert installed.

Looks sweet, I always thought your R56 was white but looks 100x better on that color. No I never installed it, I liked the open scoop for my car.

I placed it without the grille, but with all the exposed blue behind the scoop, I didn't care for it. I also wouldn't mind a white MINI. I could get that storm trooper look.

Oh yeah I blacked it out underneath from that exposed area, looked nice(don't plastic dip it though). Trust me it looked good on white silver that's for sure. That's laser blue you have right?
