What is the offset on the Enkei wheels?

 

Wheels: 17x7, offset 43mm, backspacing 5.59", 4x100, 14.6lbs, black, w/7 center caps

Tires: 225/45/17

I'm guessing the checkered mirror caps are for power-folding since it's JCW. I need non-power folding

 

They are non-power folding.
