I have a set of the owner's manuals that came out of a 2005 Cooper S Convertible. I has the leather case, safety information, service and warranty booklet, and the dealer directory book. PM for questions

I just went out and compared them. They are similar but not exactly the same. It has convertible specifics and it would lack the hardtop specific things you'd want. Sorry
