Set of 4 15" Steel MINI wheels with Michelin Alpin snow tires.

Are these brand new, and do they include TPMS?

No they are used but look to have very low mileage. I do not know whether they have TPMS.

look at the valve steams...
If rubber..no TPMS...(unless it is an odd aftermarket system strapped to the inside with bands).
If metal....COULD be one of the 3 different TPMS MINI uses.....
The type/year of MINI you traded bought would be a good way to infer which system they likely have (alternately unmount ONE tire to get the part #)...

Valve stems are metal, and look like the valves on my 2008 Clubman.

Quick story on the wheels. I have a 2008 Clubman, drove for 90k then gave to my daughter and bought an Audi. Drove that for about 18 months and always missed the Mini. One day last spring I notice another 2008 Clubman at the Audi dealer, and next thing you know, I trade the Audi and now have 2 2008 Clubmans. As part of the negotiation we were a bit apart on price and I mentioned I would need snow tires (in CT). THey say they will give me a set of snows to close the deal. Finally this fall they gave me these which do not fit either of my 2008 Clubmans (both S model).

Well...
Snows are GREAT on a MINI!! Much better than driving around with white knuckles on all-seasons or worse--SUMMER TIRES!!
Bet they would fit a COOPER fine...or any GEN1 car (no BBK/JCW BBK KIT).
Anybody that needs a set should JUMP on these...GOOD PRICE IMO.
LOL...I was even debating grabbing them...selling the TPMS and rims...then mounting the snows on my current rims I use for winter use!! Wife might kill me..another set of MINI rims..even if it WOULD save me or make me $100 or so....
Just suggest you include the size (a few different 15' size widths work...I actually have run 195 and 185 at different times)..
and maybe a couple pics of the tread remaining and the tire production code...so one could check production date!
