Can I ask why it was changed out after ~600 miles? Thanks!

The story is: The previous owner of the car had a bad transmission so he bought a supposedly rebuilt transmission and at the same time resurfaced the flywheel and bought this new clutch kit. After installing the transmission it made bearing noises in 1st and 2nd gear, so the rebuild was no-good. He gave up on the car (after about 600 miles of driving it on the new clutch and transmission) and I bought it in this condition. The car drove, shifted and "clutched" just fine, it just made some noise.

Now I'm rebuilding the transmission myself and since it's all apart I'm going to install a Sachs clutch because I've had good luck with them in the past. This one works fine, it's just for my piece of mind having a Sachs unit in there for the next 150,000+ miles. Thought someone on a tight budget could use this.

The pressure plate has "PHT" on it. From my research this is a Perfection Clutch brand sold at Advance Auto. Also, I've seen a few posts elsewhere saying this brand clutch was sold under the AC Delco brand.

Ah thanks for the info. I'm in the process of replacing a blown tranny right now, I'll have the clutch out tomorrow to check how mine looks.
