FS: My gently used struts with springs off my 2012 Mini Cooper JCW r56. They were on my car for less than 10k before i switched to my current coilover setup and they are in perfect shape. Only thing missing are the tophats, so thats all you will need to complete the set. Questions? Comments?

The springs, struts, and shocks that you have may be off of a JCW car but they are either stock springs or sport springs. They are not JCW springs as they are always red. You can purchase a JCW with standard or sport springs which are both black. What do you have?

There are labels on the shocks, that generally say 'cooper S' or 'sport'. Which do you have? It would also be good to indicate what color marks are on the springs. People here will help identify them for you.

would these work on a 2010 jcw ? with teh sports suspension option? and are they easy to change?
