I don't know, but probably.

Studs are better than lugs , but an R53 uses a different diameter than R56 and this allows the use of these wheels on an R56

I am the lucky person who bought these wheels from Bart. These wheels are excellent. They'll look great on my charcoal gray '05 R53. Bart has done a fantastic job packaging these wheels individually. And he even threw in a few extra parts. What a great guy to deal with! Too bad the wheel lug kit does not work on my R53 or I'd have purchased the kit from Bart.
