My mirror caps snapped in and fit perfectly on my car with absolutely no whistle noise at all. From what I know, because these mirror caps are carbon fiber, so the tabs have to be glued on afterwards and sometimes, they may not have glued the tabs in perfect position and hence some of them have bad fitments and hence cause the noise. So I guess I got lucky to have got a set that fit perfectly. The reason I am selling is because I already traded in my car and am waiting for the GP2 in the meantime. Hope that helps!
