OK we have a tentative of 10! We will have to pay a deposit up front and if we declare 10 will come then we will be responsibel to pay for atleast 10 no matter how many show up. This is how they will man the event.

Still waiting to see a date finalization before I can fully commit. Oct 30th isn't good for me, but I don't see a problem with the other 2 dates mentioned.

Like I said, Nov 20th would be all right for me.

When you do get a date finalized start a new thread with the event and date in the title. We can then sticky that so it'll stay up at the top of the page.
