Well it isn't now and I agreee with moonpie, the more the merrier.

I was just responding to kech's post about this being done before, but I do get a kick out of the fact that we MINI owners are so proud of our cars that we don't miss the opportunity to let folks know how much we like them and how much we drive them.

So motor on

Now I have 8,300 miles on HotRod. Soo that'll put me around 33,000 for a year of motoring

You are doing a lot of driving.

Our President, Moorlockx will be coming from Fayetteville on Saturday to Hendrick MINI in Charlotte to conduct our M2C2 annual meeting. You should follow him and check out the club at the annual meeting.

I have over 34,000 on mine with a January 05 delivery date. I'm doing a average of 120 miles a day commuting to work, averaging 35mpg. What a great ride!!!

I had to jump back in here.. I know I posted a year ago, but Oz will be 3 years old on the 7th, with 45,300 smiles under his tyres. Still looking good!!

And continuing to play the game.... Can anyone guess this location??

At 90,298 I had the throwout bearing replaced. It had started making a grinding noise when I did hill starts (being in the mountains that was all the time!) My clutch was fine with lots of material still there. Since I had it opened anyway, I replaced the clutch, TO bearing and pressure plate with a SPEC Stage II model.

I have a 2006 MC convertible, actual delivery date 12/16/2005 with around 16000 miles on it.
No problems as of today (crossed fingers)
This car completly changed the way I drive, I LOVE IT!

Sorry for the intrusion to this thread, I know Dallas is far away from you

4GAZM: Now THAT's encouraging! Take that Toyota! ;-)

Eric: Good bye warranty, hello more than bolt on mods! ;-)

Suji: like tasomini says, "Life is good"...I've owned a lot of "specialty" cars, chrome MGB, Corvair, Corvette, 280Z, SAAB Viggen, and this car and its family is WAY different, Dallas to the NC coast, and we're one big happy MINI family, and we welcome you!
