Okay, I guess I will still show up, even though my MINI is FILTHY!!! Trainman would be so embarrased for me. I may have to commit the ultimate sin and go through the automatic car wash in the morning!!

See you guys tomorrow.
melinda

PS to Eric-Jerry's probably not going to make it, just so you know for your head count.

Melinda, don't be embarrassed. Depending on which car wash you go to, you'll probably see me there! We can't come to our own event with dirty cars. But look on the bright side, it'll probably rain and no one will notice!! See ya at the car wash!!! Wasn't there a song (and a movie) about that???

Eric,

I have sent to your email on file the July Newsletter and Charlotte dinner flyer. Please feel free to use these at tonight's meet and greet.

Let me know if you don't receive these.

good time (pics attached)

Just wanted to say thanks to all the nice folks we met at the 'meet & greet' last night.
...Looking forward to being an active member.

Here are some pics from the parking lot... you can look in my gallery for more. I couldn't fit them all, it said I was out of space.

JJ,

Thanks for posting your pics. We enjoyed meeting you guys last night and look forward to seeing you Sunday! Welcome to M2C2 to JJ and Robin!

Tarzan,

The red cabrio belongs to our newest members from the Hickory area, Sharon and Dwayne Rhymer. Welcome to the club guys. Dwayne is a manager of a local Goodyear store and has some interesting ideas about some future events there. We hope to be posting more about this in the future as they develope.

Eric

I am sorry I had to miss your event yesterday. I missed meeting our new memberss and riding back with MINIMAXXNC.

As Chris told you my Mother had a heart attack last Wednesday. She was doing better and was released from the hospital Monday afternoon. She had another mild heart attack yesterday at about 5:00pm and is still in the hospital. I went straight to the hospital yesterday and stayed with her until about midnight. She is stable today, but still has some serious issues. Please keep her in your thoughts and will see you on Sunday.

Thanks
George

Thanks Art. The stripes are a project in progress, but I'm pleased with the way it's turned out so far. I'm thinking about doing a few more things but I don't want to overdo it. I've found a local graphics guy who is really good (and even more meticulous than me) They really do show up nice on the pictures JJ took.

We are hoping to put a drive together in the near future in the area. Stay tuned. Also, I found out yesterday that the resturant we drove up to last year in Morganton, Judges, which was flooded out last fall, will be rebuilding. So maybe will can do that drive again at some point in the future.

Hey, you planning on coming up to the dinner in Charlotte on Sunday? I know it would be a drive for you but it would be great to see you. Hope to see you soon in any event.

Eric

George,

Yes, I was very sorry to hear about your mother and I hope she is doing better. We missed you last night but we completely understood why you could not make it. We will keep her and your family in our thoughts and look forward to seeing you Sunday.

Hey Guys & Gals!

Had a great time yesterday talking with folks, even though I did spend the majority of the driving time in pouring rain and lightning, was well worth the trip.

Hope to do more in the near future and thanks for putting it together Melinda and Eric.
